Who we are

This website is run by Doxa Glass Merchants (Pty) Ltd. If you have a question about your personal information, email us athello@doxaglassmerchants.co.za.

What we collect

When you request a quote through our form, we collect:

• your name
• your company name, if you give one
• your phone number
• your email address
• how you prefer us to contact you
• the address where the work is needed
• details of the job
• photos you upload
• glass sizes

Why we collect it

We use these details to prepare your quote and to contact you about your request. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

How we handle it

The quote form is processed by NivaCity's form service on our behalf. Form submissions and photos are kept for 90 days and then deleted. Emails about your request are kept in our mailbox.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Emailhello@doxaglassmerchants.co.za and we will help.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own. The robot check on the quote form (Cloudflare Turnstile) and the optional map on our areas page load their own services only when you use them.
